Safer Communities Plan 2008-2011

Strategic Aims

The aim of Rochdale Safer Communities Partnership is to “make the borough a place where everyone is safe and feels safe.”

The partnership has 6 strategic objectives;

  1. Build and promote safer communities
  2. Reduce crime
  3. Reduce the harm caused by drugs and alcohol
  4. Build respect in communities
  5. Prevent offending by children and young people
  6. Reduce adult re-offending
